Product Description
I-Joist A Timber Floor Joist Layout Is Typically Used To Construct
The Roof, Floors Or Ceilings Of A Building
1st Foor joist:
- 27 pieces of 17 ft long
- 15 pieces of 19 ft long
- 12 pieces of 15 long
2nd Foor joist:
- 27 pieces of 17 ft long
- 15 pieces of 19 ft long
- 12 pieces of 15 long
In order to reduce the ecological footprint, we also need to be careful with wood.
These I-joists find their perfect application in wooden floors and roof constructions. This product is also increasingly used in wood panels because of the thin body plate, which greatly reduces heat transfer.
Thus, the body plate is constructed from scraps that are compressed into an OSB plate. The flanges are then constructed from finer layers that are glued together to an LVL where the maximum can be removed from the tree.
Thus there is a light, but also often stronger whole than with a full beam.
Standard in our range:
– 60 x 220 (12m)
– 60 x 240 (12m)
– 60 x 300 (12m)
– 60 x 360 (12m)
– 89 x 240 (12m)
– 89 x 300 (12m)
– 89 x 360 (12m)
All beams can be supplied at the correct length, possibly even with large holes for ventilation.

H2S I- JOISTS
Superior Choice. Better Joist.
I Joists are engineered to perform and provide a cost-effective and lightweight solution for residential and commercial construction. I Joists provide the ideal choice for engineers, specifiers and builders who want to provide their customers with high-quality floor systems. They provide consistent performance for the most demanding design applications. I Joists are an inherently green product because they are a more efficient use of raw materials.; therefore, large old-growth trees are preserved. By design, engineered wood products require much less wood to achieve the same load-bearing capability of traditional solid sawn timber.

Fushi Joists are engineered for heavy performance. We start with ultrasonically graded LVL flanges, bonded with exterior adhesive for more load carrying capacity. The web materials is Orientated Strand Board (OSB), which also has superior carrying capacity.
Sold from 0.9m to 12.0m in 300mm increments the Floor Joist I Beam from Fushi Wood offers lightweight, straight, stable engineered timber joists.
Construction wooden I-JOIST is used in low-rise building construction as inter-floor ceiling and a roof frame.
Advantages:
- light weight (allows you to work without using heavy equipment)
- large margin of safety (covers up to 10 m without intermediate support)
- precise geometry and absence of deformations
- quick and easy installation
- efficiency (reduces the cost of working time and increases profitability)
- suitable for all types of construction and renovation (including in winter).
Structure: upper / lower flanges (LVL beam of different cross-sections) connected by the web (OSB-3 board).
Flanges are connected to the web with a tongue and groove connection by means of waterproof polyurethane adhesive (PU glue).
Construction wooden I-JOIST produced by FUSHIWOOD comply with Australia quality requirements and are AS/NZS 4063.1 certified.
