Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) beam is crafted from rotary-peeled veneers that undergo drying, sorting, bonding, pressing, and cutting into their final form, offering high strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability.

LVL timber beams find versatile applications throughout entire buildings. They can be swiftly assembled on-site, reducing the burden of heavy lifting.

As an engineered wood product, 90x45 LVL exhibits minimal shrinkage or warping, capable of spanning longer distances and supporting heavier loads compared to traditional timber.

LVL beams, also known as laminated veneer lumber beams, are a type of structural beam made from multiple layers of thin wood veneers that are glued together. LVL beams are used in construction as a load-bearing element to support the weight of floors, roofs, and other structural components.

The process of manufacturing LVL beams involves arranging the wood veneers in parallel with their grain direction, which helps to increase the strength and stability of the beam. The veneers are bonded together with strong adhesives and then pressed to form a solid and durable beam.

LVL beams have several advantages over traditional solid wood beams. They are generally stronger and more dimensionally stable, meaning they are less likely to warp or twist over time. LVL beams are also available in longer lengths than solid wood beams, allowing for greater flexibility in architectural design.

LVL beams come in various sizes and can be customized to meet specific load requirements. They are commonly used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. Some typical applications include floor and roof joists, headers, and beams supporting large spans or heavy loads.

Overall, LVL beams are a popular choice for structural applications due to their strength, stability, and versatility. They provide a reliable and cost-effective solution for supporting and distributing loads in construction projects.

Introducing our premium quality Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL), a versatile and durable engineered wood product designed to meet and surpass the demands of modern construction projects. Our LVL is a type of engineered lumber that is made by layering thin wood veneers and bonding them together with a strong adhesive. It offers unparalleled strength, stability, and reliability, making it an ideal choice for various structural applications.

At the core of our Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber is a high-quality timber resource. We carefully select sustainable timber from certified forests, ensuring both environmental responsibility and the highest quality of our product. The thin wood veneers that compose the LVL are sourced from a range of durable and dimensionally stable species, resulting in a consistent and uniform finished product.

One of the most significant advantages of our LVL is its superior strength. The layering and bonding process allows the LVL to distribute loads more efficiently, making it capable of handling heavy loads and resisting bending, warping, and sagging. This remarkable strength-to-weight ratio makes it an excellent alternative to traditional solid timber, as it provides the same strength with less material and weight, reducing costs and simplifying construction.

Our Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber offers exceptional dimensional stability. Unlike conventional lumber, our LVL is resistant to changes in temperature and humidity. This means that it remains straight, flat, and free from common issues such as twisting and splitting. Its dimensional stability makes it an excellent choice for applications where accuracy, consistency, and long-term durability are crucial.

In addition to its strength and stability, our LVL is also highly versatile. Its engineered composition allows for longer and larger components, making it a preferred choice for beams, joists, columns, and other load-bearing elements in both residential and commercial construction. It can also be easily cut, drilled, and shaped to fit specific project requirements, offering flexibility and adaptability.

Furthermore, our Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber boasts great fire resistance properties. It has been extensively tested and complies with strict fire safety standards, ensuring enhanced safety for both residential and commercial buildings.

Not only is our LVL a sustainable and reliable product, but it also offers a more cost-effective solution compared to other structural timber alternatives. The high efficiency in material usage, reduced labor costs due to easy handling and installation, and greater spans achieved with fewer supports all contribute to overall project savings.

Our Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber is fully compatible with other building materials, making it a perfect fit for a wide range of construction projects. From residential homes and commercial buildings to bridges and industrial structures, our LVL confidently supports the load and exceeds expectations.

In conclusion, our Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber offers outstanding strength, stability, and versatility for structural applications. With its environmentally responsible sourcing, dimensional stability, and exceptional performance, it is the ideal choice for architects, builders, and contractors seeking a reliable and cost-effective engineered wood product. Trust in our Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber to provide the strength and durability your projects demand.
